We are a small, family-owned business with a total of 5 employees between 2 stores. Our response to COVID-19 is based on suggested CDC and WHO protocols we believe are prudent and sensible for our company and community. We actively practice social distancing, disinfect office equipment and surfaces, displays, sample books, swatches and surfaces after each use, wash hands several times per day and keep a minimum distance of 6’ from each other. We encourage our staff and contracted installers to stay home if they are sick and/or have been in contact with someone they know is sick. We have PTO in place for our staff to financial support the decision to stay home.

VIRTUAL SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS & ESTIMATES are highly effective and recomended using FaceTime or Zoom.
Document your rooms and rough window measurements and introduce us to you and your home through the screen.
DLUX shares the showroom displays, operating mechanisms and materials to get you started.
Complimentary memo samples of selected fabrics can be ordered for you to analyze in your home. Pictures always help!

Ready to order? We schedule a brief appointment at the home to complete a certified measure, verify choices and get your order placed.
Orders are typically installed in 6-8 weeks.
Professional installation is completed by Hunter Douglas Certified Installers once product is received.
These two appointments are completed with COVID-19 precautions.
Typically there will never be more than one additional person in your home. We request you keep a minimum of 6’ distance at these appointments.
SELF SERVICE OPTION
Self-measure and self-installation are an option for most products.
