An In-Home Design Consultation will finalize every detail to ensure your selections beautifully complement your home décor. You get the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Guarantee and the Gallery-Exclusive Right Choice Promise™ too. If after living with your new window purchases you’re not totally satisfied, your Gallery Dealer will replace them. First schedule an appointment for your complimentary in-home consultation. We’ll measure your windows, discuss the best options and window treatment ideas, then place your order and inform you when the product is recieved to schedule an installation appointment. It’s that easy!
By far the greatest benefit of visiting our showrooms is the ability to see and test over 30 different displays featuring the latest window coverings available. And, with our vast array of operational options (corded, cordless, motorized, etc.), you can try various systems in the store to determine what will work best for your specific application. We also offer an extensive selection of sample books and a full line of fabrics to explore for all your drapery and upholstery needs. Once you have a better idea of what you want, one of our design consultants will come to your home, measure your windows, and give you price. Our turn around time is usually less than two weeks for most products!

Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealers receive better support from Hunter Douglas. This is the highest level Hunter Douglas dealer and only available to businesses with a proven track record of experience, excellent reputation, and brand support.
Are you on a tight schedule, only here for a limited time? Maybe it isn’t convenient for you to come into our Hunter Douglas Gallery – no problem! We can come directly to you home will a full line of samples to look at there. In some cases, you don’t even have to be there. Many clients have provided access to their homes and we have done the complete sales process remotely via email and video call. Whatever is more convenient to you, DLUX Window Coverings can make it happen!
RIGHT CHOICE PROMISE
With the Hunter Douglas Right Choice Promise™ you can make your choice with confidence: Just try out your new window coverings and exchange them if you are not completely satisfied.
This program is exclusively offered at Hunter Douglas Gallery® stores like ours.
Here’s how it works:
- Once the installation of your new Hunter Douglas window coverings is complete and paid in full, we invite you to experience and enjoy them in your home for 21 days.
- In the unlikely event you’re not thoroughly satisfied with the way they visually enhance your home at the end of this 21-day period, contact us.
- For a nominal fee (not to exceed $75 per window covering), we will make a one-time replacement of your window coverings with a Hunter Douglas product of equal or lesser value of your original choice. If you select a more expensive option, you will pay the difference. It’s that simple*. (*The Right Choice Promise applies only to residential installations. It excludes: damage and abuse, improper installation, mis-measurement, product stacking or control side change, hard-wired motorized products and specialty shapes requiring templates. Change in product size (i.e., inside mount to outside mount or vice versa) is excluded. An additional re-installation charge not to exceed $75.00 per window covering may be required as well as removal, disposal and freight fees. If the replacement product is of greater value, you must pay the difference in value. No credits or refunds for products of lesser value. Claims must be made by the original customer. The Right Choice Promise™ is available only through participating Hunter Douglas Gallery® dealers.
At this time, DLUX Window Coverings does not have the resources or personnel to manage repairs for NON-DLUX Window Coverings customers. We will update you when and if this changes.
