Kaitlyn Agajanian
Reno Sales & Management
Kaitlyn has been fabricating, installing and selling window coverings since 2009. She is a Certified Hunter Douglas Designer and Drapery Specialist. She will be your primary sales consultant during your Reno Showroom experience. Kaitlyn was raised in North Lake Tahoe and graduated Cal State Northridge in 2005. She has been married to Alex for more than 14 years and they have a son and daughter.
Cathi Bales
Accounting
Cathi has been designing and sewing all types of soft treatments for more than 25-years and she has the creativity and skill to design and bring to life any project. Her reputation precedes her and we are grateful to have her on our team. She lived in North Lake Tahoe from '86 - '97 and has been in Reno ever since. She has been married for more than 30 years, has 4 adult children, 4 grandchildren and speaks and writes Mandarin Chinese which she's been learning since 2010.
Shelli Hall
Project Manager Keystone Reno
Shelli manages sales and service from the time you call or visit our showroom, through the sales and install process. She will show you the options for shades and operating systems, answer your questions and set you up with an in home consultation. She considers herself a Nevada native, although she was born in South Lake Tahoe (close enough). She enjoys going to the lake with her husband, her son, and her dog. She also loves cheering for the Denver Broncos.
Zach Parsley
Reno / Truckee Certified Hunter Douglas Master Installer / Master Shutter Installer
Zach is DLUX Window Coverings Lead Installer. Installation is the most important component of a window treatment project and he has greatly helped establish DLUX's excellent reputation. He is a Certified Hunter Douglas Master Installer and Master Shutter Installer. There is no window covering application he can’t handle. It’s a pleasure to have him as part of our team.
Carrie Lynn
Reno / Truckee Certified Hunter Douglas Installer and Drapery Installation Specialist
Carrie Lynn is a Certified Hunter Douglas Installer and DLUX's premier soft treatment installer at the Reno location. She has been involved with many creative-build projects in Reno and at Burning Man over the past decade. Over a year ago she gave up her small crepe business to pursue fun, hands-on work as she chips away at her bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Carrie is a Reno-native and loves working with beautiful textiles, tools and coming up with creative solutions to problems. She is active in the local Brüka theater community as an actor and clown.
Nate Gorton
Reno / Truckee Installer Certified Hunter Douglas Installer
Nathaniel James Gorton is a Certified Hunter Douglas installer. Nate was trained by Cameron to exceed installation standards, is kind, prompt and pays attention to the details that make a project a success. He was born in Mount Vernon, WA and is married to his wonderful wife, Franki. They are raising a baby girl and a dog named Miller together. He loves spending time at the beach and cooking.
